Compared to lead-acid and other lithium batteries, lithium iron phosphate batteries offer significant advantages, including improved discharge and charge efficiency, longer life span and the ability to deep cycle while maintaining power. LiFePO4 batteries often come with a higher price tag, but a much better cost over life of the product. No maintenance and super long life makes them a worthwhile investment and a smart long-term solution.
Lithium is Long-Lasting
Lithium batteries provide up to 10 times longer life than lead-acid batteries, and they still provide 80% of rated capacity after 2,000 cycles. Most lithium batteries last five years or more. The average lead-acid battery lasts just two years and only 6 months for E â Rickshaws. Lead-acid batteries also need to be maintained, requiring water replacement to avoid structural damage; if they arenât maintained properly, their life span is shortened even further. Because lithium batteries require no active maintenance, a one-time purchase guarantees longevity.

Lithiumâs efficiency is unparalleled, especially under high-stress situations. Unlike lead-acid, temperature fluctuations and energy depletion barely affect lithiumâs power delivery. Lithium is the logical choice for applications that will exhaust the batteries or run in extreme weather.

About Texor Energy specializes in manufacturing advanced lithium batteries for E-rickshaw, which features high power and energy density, long lifespan and ultra-safe performance.
For quality control we deployed fully automatic PDMS (Product Data Monitoring System) in all manufacturing process. We take high quality materials, which make our batteries highly reliable in quality with nice effective performance.
We make battery pack in reliable structure design and deliver âReady to useâ energy storage systems.
To ensure our battery quality, we start by purchasing high quality raw materials and then assemble these materials on the production lines using automated equipment, along with the latest in manufacturing processes and a high degree of precision quality control. Our LiFePO4 materials for battery are supplied by quality suppliers.
We deployed the PDMS (Product Data Management System) for quality control, every step in the manufacturing process is checked, logged and judged, so that if a problem occurs it will be discovered early and any faulty product would be discarded. This automated attention to every step of the manufacturing process results in higher yields and ultimately lower production costs.
